Experimental molds for model Production
Part of the development process involves producing models that allow you to examine the product and feel it directly. In many cases, good models can be made with 3D printers that have been refined in recent years and made more accessible to the general public. However, there are cases where a model in print does not provide a satisfactory answer, for example: when examining the strength or elasticity of the product, or when they have integral axes, or soldering parts to each other. In these cases, the solution is to create an experimental template that allows the final product to be examined without entering the design and cost level of a template for mass production.
Clean Pack develops and manufactures for its customers one-enclave experimental molds designed to produce relatively small quantities, enabling the product to be tested in its exact form and defined plastic material, before switching to mass production.
